Q: Do you require a security deposit and damage deposit?

  • Yes, the security deposit will be 50% of your final cost. The remaining final balance is due 4 weeks before your event.

  • Q: Damage deposit?

  • Mandatory $250 "REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT" due on or by 7 days before your event.

Q: What are the security (officer) costs for booking Fleur De Lee's Event Space?

  • A: Security is required for all events. Details will be discussed during consultation.

Q:  Is there a cleaning fee?

  • A: Yes, the cleaning fee is $200. This fee ensures that our venue remains in top condition for all our guests. 

Q: Is parking available at the venue?

  • A: Yes, we offer on-site gated parking for your convenience. Your guests will have easy access to parking, making it hassle-free for everyone.

Q: What amenities are included with the rental of Fleur De Lee's Event Space?

  • A: The rental includes tables and chairs, providing a basic setup for your event. You can arrange these items according to your preferences. If you book one of our packages, the items listed in that package are provided, and any add-ons.

Q:   Can we serve alcohol?

  • A: Yes. Any alcohol served must be by a licensed and insured bartender who holds a pour license. This must be provided to the event specialist upon booking. Alcohol includes any liquor, wine, beer, mimosas.

  • Drinks must be FREE to your guests.  "No Cash Bars" (ALCOHOL CANNOT BE SOLD) 

Q:   A: is there a fee for outside vendors, outside caterers & bartenders (serving alcohol) =YES! The fee is              $150  to cover Administration & Cleanup Fee. Administration: fee to handle the administrative           work of vetting and verifying their credentials. This fee also covers the extra trash/food and sticky-           ness that bartenders and caterers leave behind.

 

POLICIES:

Security Policy:
- Security is required for all large events serving alcohol.
- The minimum duration for security services is four hours.
- We prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests, and our security personnel are trained professionals.

Cleaning Policy:
- A cleaning fee of $200 is mandatory for all events.
- Our cleaning crew will ensure the venue is returned to its original state after your event.
- This policy helps us maintain the cleanliness and quality of our space for all our clients.

Parking Policy:
- On-site gated parking is available for your convenience.
- We recommend informing your guests about the parking options.
- Please be considerate of other guests when parking and ensure no obstruction or inconvenience to others.

 

Table and Chair Policy:
- You may arrange these items to suit your event's needs.
- Any additional furniture or equipment required beyond what we provide should be arranged by the renter.

Damages and Incidentals:

-If any damages occur during your time of rental, you will be fully responsible for all repair cost. If damage

exceeds the $250 refundable deposit, client will be responsible to pay the difference. ​​

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & COMPLIANCE

The Vendor agrees to strictly adhere to all state, county, and local municipal laws, including but not limited to the City of Decatur and DeKalb County regulations.

  • Inflatables / Amusement Devices: Vendor certifies that all inflatables are commercial-grade and comply with Georgia Department of Labor Safety Engineering Rules (Rule 120-3-27). Vendor agrees to monitor weather conditions and must deflate the unit immediately if wind speeds exceed 15 mph. Staking into asphalt is strictly prohibited.

  • Food / Beverage Vendors: Vendor certifies they hold an active Georgia Mobile Food Service Unit Permit (per HB 1443/DPH regulations). In compliance with DeKalb County Health Department codes, Venue grants Vendor’s employees access to indoor restroom facilities located within 200 feet of the parking lot workstation.

  • Utilities & Waste: Vendor must be entirely self-contained regarding water and electricity unless written power access is granted by Venue management. Vendor is responsible for supplying trash receptacles for their patrons and cleaning up any spills (including sugary syrup or grease) prior to departing the property.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Vendor shall maintain, at its sole expense, Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate.

  • Additional Insured: The policy must name Fleur De Lee’s Event Space as an Additional Insured for the event and provide Fleur De Lee's event space with the documents.

  • Proof of Coverage: A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be submitted to the Venue at least 14 days prior to the event date. Access to the parking lot will be denied if the COI is missing or expired.
